Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase/delivery with the original sales invoice.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags.
- Sale, discounted items, accessories, and undergarments are not eligible for exchange, or refund.
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, alteration, misuse, or water damage will not be accepted.
- Online purchases may be exchanged at any nearby Royal Tag outlet within the policy period upon presentation of the sales invoice.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Royal Tag.

Claims
- Customers must follow the washing and care instructions provided on the product label. Claims arising from improper washing or handling will not be entertained.
- Manufacturing defect or quality-related claims must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- Valid claims may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved at the sole discretion of Royal Tag.
- For online claims or returns, customers must contact Royal Tag Customer Care before sending any shipment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first check your bank account, it can take up to 5 working days for the bank to credit your account.

Shipping
- Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days
- Product dispatch is subject to order verification by Royal Tag Customer Care Department and is subject to availability of stock, order verification is not to be assumed as order confirmation.
- Royal Tag cannot be held responsible for non-shipment of ordered product due to in-availability of stock or timely verification of the ordered products.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that he/she provides the correct address and contact details at the time of booking his/her order.
- Royal Tag retains the right to accept or reject any order at any time or at any stage during the processing of the order or due to any conditions that it deems necessary and will not be liable for any damages suffered due to non-fulfilment of the said order.
- If you are shipping your returns, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Royal Tag Management retains the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any notice.

Royal Tag is committed to offer the best possible service and to process your order as quickly as possible. We try hard to ship every order within one working day, however some orders take more time. Advance Payment Policy
For orders valued Rs. 10,000 and above, a 20% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. This advance secures your order and ensures smooth processing. The remaining balance will be payable upon dispatch or delivery. Orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 without the advance payment will not be processed for dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
