Returns & Claims
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase with the original invoice.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached
• Claims can be made within 4 weeks of purchase
• Discounted items and accessories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
• Returns are subject to approval as per Royal Tag policies
• Products with stains, odors, marks, or damage will not be accepted
